What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate written English-language grant applications and materials into Spanish
- Edit existing Spanish-language texts to ensure alignment with English guidelines
- Host specific Spanish-language webinars in conjunction with English-language sessions
- Provide real-time, two-way Spanish interpretation for meetings, Q&A sessions, and webinars
- Offer live captioning in Spanish during English-language presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, and/or American Sign Language; proficiency in additional languages is also considered
- Familiarity with email, phone, and common videoconference platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in translation or interpretation within an arts or nonprofit setting
- Familiarity with grant processes and arts-related terminology
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience hosting webinars or public presentations
