      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively prospect and develop new dealer relationships within a defined geographic territory
      - Manage existing accounts in person to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
      - Grow topline revenue and sales volume while maximizing revenue per vehicle
      - Develop and implement lead generation activities, including cold calls and social media marketing
      - Prepare segment sales forecasts and compare results to goals, taking corrective action as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with automotive franchise dealerships and/or in agriculture sales
      - Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or a related field preferred
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships
      - Strong knowledge of the agricultural and commercial industries, along with rural consumer dynamics
      - Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
