What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with significant deal sizes
- Develop data-driven methodologies to score and rank deals
- Conduct pre-IPO fundamental research and valuation insights
- Provide high-touch service for select institutional clients, including bespoke notes and market intelligence
- Summarize post-IPO trading and lock-up expiry insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients
- Proven experience and network within US equity capital markets
- Strong ability to write and present research findings effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working directly with institutional clients in an analytical capacity
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Familiarity with pre-IPO and post-IPO trading strategies
