- Consult on operational and productivity improvements.
- Participate in process improvement events, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to team development.
- Implement automation initiatives and kaizen events.
- Update plant layout and optimize material flow, process flow, and time & motion studies.
- Understand production scheduling and inventory control.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement.
- Experience with kaizen and Lean manufacturing.
- Strong math and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or similar fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
