Job Description
- Req#: 5288
- Set up incentive areas and maintain incentive standards and standard data.
- Issue directive memos in informing all related areas to changes.
- Analyze cost comparisons and evaluate possible cost savings measures
- Set up and maintain Bill of Materials file, packing specifications, law tag information and customer SKU files.
- Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations, equipment and plant lay outs.
- Confers with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations.
Develops management systems for cost analysis, financial planning, wage and salary administration, and job evaluation.
- Prior experience working in a furniture manufacturing environment preferred
- Microsoft Excel, AS400, JDE software processing knowledge
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Associate degree in a business related field preferred
- Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times
- Ability to communicate effectively with management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- This position is an on-site job.
