Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience within Security or Master’s degree with 1 year of experience within Security or Associate’s degree + 5 years of experience within Security or High School Diploma + 7 years of experience within Security
Security experience required
Experience interacting with a variety of internal customers
Proven team leadership and customer service ability
Ability to lead, mentor, and train staff
Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Experience analyzing impacted international events on domestic security concerns
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Support, build, and promote a positive and collaborative culture across team
Strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently in a priority-oriented environment
Ability to attain/recertify security clearance

The key responsibilities for this role: Ensuring team compliance with relevant GAC operating procedures and practices, including desktop procedures and Knowledge Base articles; Ensuring quality of products and processes; Providing continuous real-time monitoring, assessment, and in-depth analysis on potential threats, as well as analytical support to Security Management as needed; Supporting the company’s sector and enterprise crisis management teams by providing incident tracking and reporting; Maintaining an information network of websites and other sources to facilitate an in-depth knowledge of the company’s footprint; Conducting briefings and trainings as needed; Leading identification of opportunities for growth and improvement of processes.
The work location is in Irving, TX. This is a hybrid role with requirement to be onsite at least 2 days a week. Teleworking arrangements are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
This is a 2nd shift position, Tuesday through Thursday 12:30pm- 8:30pm CT and Sunday through Monday 2:30pm – 10:30pm CT.
