      Job Description:

The Inflight Mobility Specialist delivers on our Purpose by supporting the hard ware for new Flight Attendant E mployees. This role assists in the daily administration of business processes within Inflight Mobility and provides assistance with departmental and enterprise level mobile initiatives . The Inflight Mobility Specialist is a strong communicator and team player who ca n use their innovative mindset to support Inflight Operations and drive the future of Technology at Southwes t .

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work onsite on our Corporate Campus at least three days a week. The Department designates the specific three days of the week Employees must work on-site.

      • Responsibilities
        • Assist in all Inflight Operations projects or procedures pertaining to technology or mobility
        • Perform as a role model of a healthy and spirited department and team culture
        • Ensure high quality execution of projects, initiatives, cross functional programs, and tasks
        • Collaborate with other teams and departments
        • Assist training with material pertaining to mobility tools that needs to be taught to Employees
        • Participate in meetings and committees as assigned
        • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
      • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
        • Ability to effectively communicate verbally by telephone and face to face with internal and external Customers
        • Skilled in good written communication
        • Ability to work independently, collaboratively and effectively with Team members
        • Skilled in Microsoft Office products especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
        • Ability to learn software as needed i.e. CSS, CWA, CrewHub, WorkSpace One, iTrac360, Comply365, and other software needed to perform job functions
      • Education
        • Required: High School Diploma or GED
      • Experience
        • Required: Entry level experience, developing skills and knowledge in:
          • Technology or Mobile experience
          • Project Management, and/or related field
      • Licensing/Certification
        • N/A
      • Physical Abilities
        • Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
        • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
        • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
      • Other Qualifications
        • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
        • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
        • Must be at least 18 years of age
        • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines

      Pay & Benefits:

      Competitive market salary from $66,150 per year to $73,500 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
