Job Description
- Req#: 2330
- Lead and support the Infor ERP implementation across 5-6 sister companies, each migrating from various systems (e.g., QuickBooks, paper-based, or basic Infor setups) to a standardized platform.
- Collaborate with the Infor PM and external System Integration (SI) partners to execute technical implementation tasks effectively.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external consultants.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across Order to Cash, Accounting, and Manufacturing modules.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize existing business processes through ERP configuration and customization.
- Support change management and training activities to ensure successful ERP adoption.
- Work closely with internal business units to understand needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure ERP solutions align with business goals and operational requirements.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and enhancements.
- Infor ERP experience (preferred): Hands-on expertise in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) or Infor Syteline
- Exp with Infor modules such as:
- Order to Cash
- Accounting
- Manufacturing
- Ability to collaborate with system integrators and consultants to deliver solutions.
