      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct assessments to evaluate data management systems, data quality, and staff capabilities
      - Perform data inventory and catalog audits to ensure data systems are accurate and accessible
      - Identify and recommend improvements for existing data management systems
      - Collaborate with staff to enhance data capabilities and address equity gaps
      - Support data modernization efforts within the Environmental Public Health (EPH) office

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three (3) years of experience in data literacy, data lifecycle, and promoting data culture
      - Experience developing survey questions, modernized data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization
      - Two (2) years of experience in planning and organizing work with timelines and evaluating progress
      - Experience collaborating and engaging with diverse audiences, including vulnerable or marginalized communities
      - Demonstrated ability to center equity in program design and implementation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience cataloging datasets and/or data assets
      - Proficiency in coding with R programming and/or Python
      - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications such as Forms, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate
      - Knowledge of User Experience (UX) and Human-Centered design principles
      - Project management or program management experience
