      INTECON, LLC is seeking an experienced and policy-savvy Information Assurance Analyst - Senior to support the development and tailoring of Wing and local cybersecurity policies, RMF artifacts, and risk-focused TTPs in support of the 557th Weather Wing under the USAMS V contract. This role is critical to aligning operational execution with DoD and Air Force cybersecurity governance.

      Roles and Responsibilities:

      The roles shall include:
      • Advise and assist Government personnel in the development of Wing and local cybersecurity policy aligned with current USAF and DoD guidance.
      • Tailor and update existing policies to incorporate newly issued directives and frameworks.
      • Assist in developing an enterprise framework policy that reflects operational considerations across all segments of the Wing's IT environment.
      • Support development of Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts at each step of the RMF lifecycle, including plans, diagrams, and inventories.
      • Ensure all deliverables conform to requirements in CDRL A003, with traceability to current AF cybersecurity compliance practices.

      Qualifications:

      Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

      Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience in Air Force Information Assurance and system accreditation, or equivalent experience with NIST cybersecurity standards. Hands-on experience developing or maintaining RMF artifacts and DoD cybersecurity policy documents.

      Preferred Certifications and Training:

      DoD 8140.03 and DAFMAN 17-1305 compliant certifications such as:
      • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
      • Certified Authorization Professional (CAP)
      • CompTIA Security+ CE

      Proficiency in:
      • RMF lifecycle and artifact development
      • DISA STIGs and eMASS accreditation system
      • Air Force Instruction (AFI) Series 33
      • NIST SP 800-53 and DoDI 8510.01
      • Writing and revising IA and cybersecurity policy frameworks
      • Enterprise IT policy tailoring and risk-informed TTP development

      Security Clearance:

      Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance.
