      - Strong communication skills and ability to provide accurate information
      - Must bear the cost of the medical examination required for appointment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a public service or utilities environment
      - Additional certifications related to communication or customer service
      - Familiarity with operating telephone switchboards or two-way radio systems
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
