What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform in-depth cybersecurity and access management assessments for large-scale IT systems
- Collaborate with IT business partners to implement identity and access management processes in compliance with cybersecurity policies
- Provide end-to-end support to ensure effective execution of identity and access management controls
- Assist in the oversight and development of less senior team members in support of cybersecurity initiatives
- Report and escalate emerging threats to facilitate the defense of the organization's information security
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Information Security, OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Information Security
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
- Experience in a heavily regulated organization, preferably in banking
- Familiarity with NIST and COBIT frameworks
- Knowledge of application security management across various platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IT or cybersecurity experience in a heavily regulatory organization
- General understanding of application security management hosted on various platforms (i.e., Mainframe, Windows, Linux/Unix, Oracle, DB2, Cloud Technologies)
- Basic programming, data analytics, and reporting skills
