What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor security architecture and controls for business and operational technology systems
- Provide end-user support and training related to information security
- Assist the Senior Information Security Analyst in planning and specifying technology resources
- Manage multiple security issues and escalate as necessary
- Stay current with cybersecurity best practices, standards, and technologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in computer science, information systems, or information security
- Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a closely related field; or 3+ years of equivalent combination of education, certifications, and/or experience
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain a cybersecurity certification (e.g., CompTIA Security +, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity) within 6 months of hire
- Must be available for call-outs at any time if a security incident occurs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- More than one year of helpdesk experience in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
- Experience as a network analyst or systems analyst
- Strong communication skills and flexibility to manage multiple tasks
