      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and support information security management, analysis, and best practices for Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
      - Manage security audits, risk assessments, and secure code reviews in collaboration with DOJ and contracted services
      - Provide expertise in information security governance, risk, and compliance activities
      - Communicate mandatory information security and compliance requirements to local, state, and federal partners
      - Develop system security plans, policies, standards, and guidelines in collaboration with various teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Six (6) years of information systems experience in managing security for both cloud and on-premises systems
      - Associate's Degree or two (2) years of vocational training in information technology or related field
      - Comprehensive employment reference check and fingerprint-based criminal background check
      - Ability to evaluate and recommend mechanisms to protect systems and data
      - Knowledge of current and emerging security practices and technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing and implementing system security plans (SSP)
      - Familiarity with NIST Security and Privacy Frameworks and related standards
      - Effective communication skills at all organizational levels
      - Experience in creating presentations and public speaking
      - Certifications such as ISP, CISSP, CCSP, GSEC, or CISM
