      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process requests for access changes (additions, modifications, terminations) in a timely and accurate manner
      - Ensure compliance of all access to systems and applications with internal policies and regulatory standards
      - Facilitate the user access review process to ensure proper entitlements are granted according to job roles
      - Collaborate with IT Security and InfoSec to monitor and respond to entitlement-related security incidents
      - Maintain and update access documents and procedures as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree in IT, Computing Studies, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
      - Basic knowledge of the organization's systems including Symitar Episys Quest and Meridian Link applications
      - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven customer service and relationship management experience
