What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems and external stakeholders
- Manage user accounts and security protocols as the Google Workspace Administrator
- Deliver end-to-end helpdesk support, including troubleshooting and support ticket management
- Organize course content and assist users with the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Analyze system performance and generate reports to improve technical workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in large enterprise environments
- Admin experience with Google Workspace and proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM platform
- Strong troubleshooting and helpdesk support skills, including ticket management
- Experience administering user accounts and security protocols, including MFA
- Bachelor's Degree is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Highly preferred experience with Zendesk and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, including course setup and user support
- 3 years of Project Management skills are highly preferred
