What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide IT software and computer support services for MACPAC-related projects and task orders
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems used in research and analysis
- Support secure data management practices in alignment with MACPAC and federal guidelines
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of virtual workspaces, collaboration tools, and remote access systems
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements for digital deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information technology and computer support services
- Proficiency with common IT systems, including Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
- Experience supporting secure computing environments and adhering to federal data security policies
- Familiarity with Section 508 compliance and related accessibility standards
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience providing IT support on federal research contracts
- Familiarity with Medicaid and CHIP data environments or supporting health policy research teams
- Experience supporting IDIQ contracts or multi-vendor collaborative projects
- Knowledge of tools commonly used in data analysis environments (e.g., SAS, R, Stata, Tableau, Python)
