What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the Information Technology helpdesk for all entities and locations
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for users
- Enhance and develop technology skills of existing and new staff
- Assist in ordering and setting up new computers
- Maintain the nursing call system and other technology systems as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two-year equivalent post-secondary education in a computer-related field
- Two years of experience in a computer-related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/Office Suite, Microsoft Server, SharePoint, and VMWare
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must have a current, valid Driver's License with no driving violations within the standards of the employer's insurability programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Moderate knowledge of TCP/IP networking including VLANs and Firewalls
