What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the design and configuration of planning processes and tools
- Assist in validating inbound/outbound data and statistical forecasting models
- Collaborate with business units to resolve issues and bugs
- Participate in workshops and support documentation and training activities
- Monitor system performance and data accuracy during cutover and stabilization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Kinaxis at a solution consultant level in Demand Planning or Supply Planning
- Experience with SAP and APO
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global project environment
- Experience in planning (Demand and/or Supply) and S&OP, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with advanced planning tools similar to Kinaxis
- Experience with UAT and testing processes
- Background in change management activities
