      Job Summary

      Job Responsibilities

      The Information Technology Lead is responsible for the care and feeding of Crossover Health’s technology across the organization. This includes coordinating with and leading internal and external team members in general user support for all software, hardware, and technical services, related to both the Management group and the Medical group. The role will also assist with IT-based projects, software/process deployments, and new facilities build-outs.

      • Quality, patient safety, and privacy are top priorities, made evident by your comprehensive and measurable support tactics

      • Be proactive in finding/solving problems before they negatively affect our users

      • Work closely with other IT team colleagues to troubleshoot issues related to network performance, hardware, software services, telecommunications, and security procedures

      • Actively participate in IT team initiatives, collaborating with team members implementing and refining Crossover Health’s Technology standards, policies, and procedures

      • Provision and deploy hardware and software to new and existing users

      • Organize and lead projects to completion

      • May supervise remote supporting team members providing tactical or technical support, directing exchange of solutions

      • Travel to clinics and corporate facilities, implementing and supporting IT solutions to optimize operations and maximize clinic efficiency and quality assessments

      • In coordination with cross-functional departments, work with other Crossover teams during clinic build-outs, including infrastructure such as network, telecommunications, and security

      • Champion solutions to meet the unique needs of the clinical roles/teams/regions as our needs scale

      • Manage timely incident response through coordinating our internal and external vendors / contractors

      • Continuously seek and embrace opportunities to build upon your skills and knowledge

      • Be energized at the prospect of working on solutions that improve people's lives

      • Be smart about choosing between fast and right

      • Perform other duties as assigned

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Communication, Education, or appropriate related field. May consider candidates with equivalent practical experience.

      • Minimum experience of 6+ years of helpdesk related experience

      • Demonstrated background in computer operations and troubleshooting. Ability to deal with ambiguous technical problems and interact with employees and clients.

      • Exhibits excellent communication skills and an ability to comfortably work in time critical/high-pressure situations and environments, while providing a great customer experience.

      • General familiarity with:

        • various desktop (macOS, Windows, chromeOS, etc.) and mobile (iOS, Android) operating systems

        • Online productivity tools Google Apps, Adobe, Atlassian, Microsoft, SaaS applications, etc.)

      • Worked independently, in collaboration with a larger IT Team, within and across regions.

      • Able to prioritize workload dynamically and effectively

      • Maintained the highest level of professionalism, in demeanor, attire, and communication

      • Strong organizational and problem solving skills

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience working in a clinical setting and/or with Healthcare Information Technology

      • Experience in a Startup environment or entrepreneurial organization

      Physical Job Requirements

      • Physical demands include periodic lifting of up to 50 pounds.

      • Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time. Able to bend, stoop, and maneuver sufficiently to install wires, laptops, and network equipment.

      • May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time.

      • Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination

      • Includes full range of body motion.

      • Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with team members.

      The base pay range for this position is $72,633.00 to $94,423 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K.
