What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct ad hoc research tasks to support the Wire Center Migration team
- Research and compile data from internal systems, internet sources, and regulatory documents
- Manage and update project databases with circuit and corporate identity information
- Prepare and analyze data related to 911 services for the migration project
- Communicate with senior stakeholders and escalate critical issues when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-8 years of experience in telecom environments, preferably involving 911 systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and data management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with telecom inventory tools such as TIRKS
- Skilled in relational database research and data analysis using various tools
- Comfortable working in change-controlled environments with knowledge of testing strategies and acceptance criteria
