      Responsibilities & Qualifications

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Develop and execute a comprehensive informational outreach strategy to promote the ACT system to Enlisted Soldiers, Officers, and Army Civilian personnel.
      • Implement awareness, understanding, and acceptance campaigns to highlight the benefits and functionalities of the ACT system.
      • Produce up to 50 briefings and 50 simulations annually to educate various Government audiences on ACT functionalities.
      • Create and update Informational Outreach training and helpdesk documentation to reflect current system configurations.
      • Conduct weekly web-based seminars and occasional face-to-face training sessions to educate users on the ACT system.
      • Assist with the implementation of effective reach-back strategies across the Army community to ensure continuous user engagement.
      • Maintain the official ACT information within ACT Communities, ensuring eLearning materials, quick reference cards, and simulation tutorials are organized and accessible.
      • Assist users in creating and maintaining ACT Community sites to streamline information to specific audiences.
      • Provide on-demand technical support to assist Enlisted, Officer, and Army Civilian proponents with their ACT Community pages and routine dissemination of ACT information.
      • Participate in ACT focus groups and interviews to understand user needs and improve the system's functionalities.
      • Track and report unique and repeat user metrics, recommendations, and goal-setting activities to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
      • Develop and maintain the Informational Outreach Plan, including annual updates and adjustments based on new functionalities and user feedback.
      • Develop and implement outreach strategies to boost adoption rates by monitoring and analyzing user engagement, recommendations, and goal-setting activities, ensuring alignment with the marketing schedule
      • Enhance ACT promotion by developing and executing effective reach-back strategies for Army Enlisted, Officer, and Civilian groups.

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Experience:
        • Three (3) years relevant experience
        • Must have documented experience leading informational outreach activities for IT systems.
      • Education:
        • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or 3 years of related work experience
      • Clearance: Must possess secret clearance

      Overview

      TekSynap is seeking a distinguished Informational Outreach Lead to lead our team in providing exceptional support for the Army Career Tracker (ACT) project, operating under the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). This critical role involves leading the strategic implementation of outreach initiatives to enhance the adoption and utilization of the Army Career Tracker (ACT) system. As the Informational Outreach Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive outreach and educational strategies that effectively communicate the benefits and functionalities of the ACT system to a diverse audience, including Enlisted Soldiers, Officers, and Army Civilian personnel.

      Your role will encompass creating engaging educational materials, conducting training sessions, and managing content within ACT Communities to ensure users have access to necessary resources. You will track and report user engagement metrics, provide technical support, and collaborate with stakeholders to continually refine outreach efforts.

      The Informational Outreach Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for all outreach activities, requiring a proactive approach to manage and deliver training, create informative content, and respond to user inquiries. Your ability to develop and maintain a robust outreach strategy will be crucial in driving the system’s adoption and ensuring that all users are well-informed and capable of utilizing the ACT system to its fullest potential.

      Given the importance of this role, you will need to be available during key operating hours and be prepared to travel to various locations to deliver face-to-face training and support as required. Your contributions will be instrumental in promoting the ACT system, supporting the Army’s mission in career development, training, and personnel management, and ensuring that all users are fully equipped to benefit from this essential tool.
