Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Network Monitoring Tools with a strong understanding of various domains. This role involves managing and optimizing our infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the company growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Network solutions using Thousand Eye and NFA to ensure scalable and reliable systems.
End User Monitoring on-demand and real-time visibility on SaaS and Internally hosted applications underlying wireless LAN WAN Internet connectivity and system health.
Help detect internet outages and degraded performance before they impact digital operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with existing systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Network management.
Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Implement security measures to protect infrastructure from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in Network management.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure management to continuously improve processes.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in infrastructure management.
