What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve complex help desk escalations
- Create and document procedures for work order and request-based tasks
- Conduct systems maintenance activities following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Participate in project work as a technical team lead and provide design input
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot technical issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of higher education and/or work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret technical information
- Proven experience managing customer needs and multiple work priorities
- Prior project management experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
- Certifications or special training in related technologies
- Experience leading technical teams toward common goals within larger projects
