What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead engineering efforts to enhance the performance and scalability of distributed systems
- Engage in architecture discussions, design specs, and code reviews with the engineering team
- Focus on Rust systems programming, infrastructure architecture, and operational scripting
- Uphold software best practices and deliver high-quality architectural choices
- Implement infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and Helm
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, preferably in fintech, data, cloud, or DevOps environments
- Senior-level experience as an SRE or Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in Kubernetes
- Deep proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform/Terragrunt) and infrastructure automation
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools, particularly Prometheus and PromQL
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

- Experience operating validators on distributed networks
- Active engagement with the blockchain security research community, including contributions or publications
