What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation and planning through execution and closure
- Coordinate with various cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Develop detailed project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, escalating issues as necessary
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide periodic reports on project status and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a medium-sized company
- Proven experience managing projects throughout their full lifecycle
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) or business process management (BPM) tools
- Knowledge of cloud technologies or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
