- Crafts content to clearly communicate messages to users on confluence pages and other communication channels within the organization

- 5-7 years of experience in strategy or business management or consulting
- Ability to assess data and leverage critical data and analytics skills to support data driven decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft polished, modern, compelling presentations articulate key messages to senior management, employees, leaders and customers.
- Organized project manager, multi-tasker and comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to track complex and overlapping milestones and manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines
- Self-motivated, driven to deliver high level of initiatives
As an EIS Strategy Lead at JPMorgan Chase, you will act as an internal consultant support to the EIS leadership team to deliver on the high priority objectives for the year. This role is also responsible for developing and leading initiatives that deliver radical improvements in productivity and transformation through a series of bold initiatives that drive cumulative impact. The ideal candidate is a talented and resourceful creator who can translate complex information into simple and engaging experiences. You will work with teams to drive innovative and modernized design initiatives when it comes to organizational transformation. This role requires a professional with broad information design who can deliver simple, enticing and effective solutions using multiple formats and technologies. This candidate must be able to impact the organization not only through their influencing & leadership skills, but by taking personal ownership for the delivery of measurable results.
