  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Process new referrals, including verifying patient eligibility and coordinating benefits
  - Perform benefit verification for all patient insurance plans and document coverage details
  - Calculate estimated patient financial responsibilities based on benefit verification
  - Initiate and secure prior authorization requests and follow up as necessary
  - Communicate effectively with patients, referral sources, and internal departments regarding referral status and coverage updates
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent
  - Minimum of 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement experience
  - Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
  - Ability to multitask and manage numerous referrals while meeting productivity expectations
  - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with CPR+ software
  - Experience in home infusion prior authorization and benefits verification
