- Partner with the key stakeholders/departments to successfully lead the execution of initiatives by creating clear project plans, defining roles and responsibilities upfront, and managing milestones and deliverables via a regular cadence of status meetings, reporting, and accountability measures
- Deliver intended project objectives by ensuring solutions are built and tested to requirements, continuous improvement methodologies are adhered to, and proper documentation and training collateral are created for end users to institutionalize new technology or process solutions
- Develop/maintain simple and intuitive dashboard reports for Tech Ops Leadership to convey key status, schedule, risks, owners, and next steps for a portfolio of facility initiatives
- Manage the priorities within that portfolio and help develop an orderly roadmap to execute against, raising appropriate flags to Tech Ops Leadership when conflicting priorities or resourcing constraints arise
- Adapt to effectively pivot when priorities shuffle that require a reset of existing plans, workload, and direction
- Other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related working experience
- 3 years of professional experience in managing process improvement initiatives or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Communicates clearly and concisely with data and facts, both verbally and written, to be able to deliver salient messaging and enable quick decision-making especially amongst senior level executives
- MBA or Master’s degree in related field
- PMI PMP certification
- Airline industry experience with knowledge of construction and facility management.
- A successful track record of effectively leading concurrent, complex, and large scale projects from initiation through closing, and defining the order of when to execute those projects based on priorities and available resources
- Passion for instilling process and order to empower teams to perform at their best and in the most efficient way
- Thrives in an environment of constant change and effectively steers disparate teams to adapt and march at the same pace and direction
- Solves complex problems, both collaboratively and independently, but also recognize when and how to escalate issues at the right time to the right audience
- Construction management experience

Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Technical Operations Initiatives, this position is responsible for managing the execution of general initiatives and facility-driven initiatives within the Technical Operations (TechOps) department, and collaborating closely with department stakeholders, Corporate Real Estate, and supporting teams to ensure solutions are built to intended objectives within committed timelines and costs.
