- Analyze functional and business requirements required for RPA
- Identify potential processes for RPA and create the solution design
- Develop, configure, and deploy RPA solutions according to business needs and requirements.
- Review, repair and modify RPA solutions to ensure technical accuracy, security compliance and reliability standards
- Perform code review, bug fixing, exception handling
- This role requires substantial utilization of Microsoft Power Platfrom with the purpose of delivering value with reliable automated business processes.
- The primary job functions center around the following categories:
- RPA process development
- Demand Management
- Change Management
- 2+ years of experience working with RPA application software with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform
- In-depth understanding of RPA capabilities, methodology, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Above-average communication, organizational and process mapping skills
- Ability to establish working relationships with cross-functional partners
- Experience gained through college degree programs and / or certifications is applicable to the above requirements.
- Productive hours released to business groups by automating manual processes utilizing RPA software application
- Exemplify standardized best practices for all RPA efforts
- Maintain a pipeline of manual processes and automation opportunities
- Percentage of processes automated by the desired target date
- Number of defect/rework hours as a percent of total deployment hours
