      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct second-level coder reviews on accounts returned from audits and coding editors
      - Provide education and guidance to coders on correct coding practices based on reviews
      - Assist the coding manager with inquiries, reviews, and support for coding staff
      - Code inpatient accounts as needed to ensure coverage
      - Monitor and aid the coding manager in achieving DNFC management goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of acute hospital coding experience
      - Skilled knowledge of MS Office suite
      - Ability to analyze coding-related reports and take appropriate action
      - Associate's Degree in Health Information Management
      - RHIT or CCS certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Over 5 years of experience in a large, complex, multi-system acute care hospital organization
      - Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management
      - RHIA and CCS certification
