What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with clients to identify growth opportunities and mitigate churn in their portfolios
- Exceed sales revenue and retention targets while managing the sales pipeline
- Analyze account performance and adjust strategies based on dealer expectations and goals
- Lead virtual business reviews and communicate account information to various teams
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions and ensure timely revenue collection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a related field
- Proven experience in consulting and managing relationships with automotive dealers
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of media buying cycles and marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 or more years of automotive dealership experience
- Experience in a customer-focused, account management, revenue-driven environment
- Proven ability to analyze customer problems and trends to provide recommendations
- Successful experience in consulting with clients in a virtual environment
- High proficiency in various technologies such as CRM systems and analytical data tools
