      Right now, we are looking for an Inside Sales Jr Adv to join our team at Globant in Bogota, Colombia!

      You will get the chance to:

      • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments. Continuously gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
      • Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including research, cold calling, email automation campaigns, and events.
      • Engage and establish relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives. Conduct thorough discovery calls to gather relevant information acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports to sales management and marketing team.

      • Experience in business sales.
      • Experience making executive-level calls, developing written messages that help reach our clients and prospects, making first exploratory calls to really understand our clients’ needs and come up with an accurate solution.
      • Staying organized and managing time efficiently in order to complete daily and weekly goals.
      • Bachelor Degree (or being an advanced student) in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
      • Knowledge of Salesforce’s CRM is a plus!
      • Prior experience in a software services company is a great plus!
