What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide sales, marketing, and customer service support to the Regional Sales Executive
- Maintain a database for marketing campaigns and ensure accurate data entry of new sales leads
- Handle customer service inquiries and phone support for the sales region
- Assist in daily sales and marketing tasks such as sending information to clients and following up on presentations
- Represent the employer at trade shows and seminars, including travel to local events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Texas, preferably within the Houston or Dallas metro areas
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate settlement services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a sales or marketing role within the real estate industry
- Familiarity with exchange processes and ability to explain them clearly
