What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and sell Practical Law and CoCounsel solutions to new law firm customers through outbound calls
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and telephone activity targets
- Manage inbound leads and accurately log call information and sales orders in Salesforce
- Build and maintain client relationships through consultative conversations and superior product knowledge
- Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience
- College degree in business, sales, or a related field strongly preferred
- Experience in a prospecting/cold calling environment required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge or experience in the legal industry
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate products and solutions with customers
- Familiarity with online demonstration tools (WebEx, Skype, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
