Essential Functions:
• Provides leadership to the team by attracting and hiring talented individuals, setting goals, and communicating clear expectations, providing timely and constructive feedback as well as meaningful developmental opportunities, managing performance, providing resources and support as needed, and sponsoring and leading team members through change
• Holds weekly team meetings and 1:1s with the team
• Accountable for the growth of the overall team’s portfolio to drive Pro sales and meet all assigned sales objectives
• Attends virtual customer visits with sales rep to provide coaching
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer accounts in conjunction with sales personnel managed. Provides a management-level point of contact for key customers. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.
• Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key leadership positions.
• Establishes productive relationships with field partners based on frequent communication, collaboration, and the effective allocation of time and resources.
• Recommends and implements improvements to current sales processes and procedures as needed
• Addresses and resolves customer issues to drive customer satisfaction
• Ensures inside sales team are utilizing all tools to manage their portfolios included but not limited to CRM
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in sales management in a leadership capacity
• 3 years of experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
• 3 years of CRM experience
Preferences:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldAbout the company
