What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage both Inbound and Outbound sales teams to optimize performance and customer interactions
- Conduct daily standups, set priorities, and adjust team assignments based on real-time needs
- Monitor sales KPIs and membership health metrics to drive team performance
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to enhance lead quality and sales strategies
- Own strategic planning and execution to meet revenue targets and optimize sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading high-volume inside sales teams, preferably in SaaS or subscription models
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis
- Excellent people management skills and ability to develop talent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative attitude

- Experience with AI-powered sales tools, such as conversational intelligence and chatbots
- Proven track record of successful sales team leadership and performance improvement
- Familiarity with strategic campaign alignment and execution
