What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Respond thoughtfully to complaints, adhering to established policies and procedures
- Serve as the primary liaison between families and funeral homes, ensuring seamless service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must comply with Diocesan and employer policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
- Ability to work well with others and demonstrate a teamwork mentality
- Effective communication skills for interaction with coworkers and families
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic to honor families' burial requests
- Basic computer skills for data input and application usage
