What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales efforts by working closely with contractors to quote and sell products
- Provide comprehensive support for programs, projects, and contractors
- Escort customers through the 3form process to ensure a smooth experience
- Manage project submittals, including ordering samples and documenting approvals
- Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-ups in CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and construction documents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in providing technical information and product samples to contractors
- Familiarity with project management and submittal processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
