What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales efforts by collaborating closely with contractors to get products quoted and sold
- Provide comprehensive support for Program, Project, and Contractor tasks, including creating PIDs and updating contractor profiles in CRM
- Guide customers through the entire 3form process, ensuring an easy and informed experience
- Manage project submittals, including ordering samples, organizing schedules, and documenting approvals
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and project details in the CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and construction documents
