What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exemplary service by taking customer calls and delivering accurate responses
- Prepare quotes for various work orders, addressing both residential and commercial glass needs
- Monitor work order progress and manage the follow-up process effectively
- Utilize correct product category codes to ensure orders are processed accurately
- Adhere to established policies and procedures while conducting daily administrative duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to determine customer needs through phone, email, or text inquiries
- Capacity for time management and multi-tasking
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of fundamental software
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and enhance skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service within the construction or related industries
