What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish customer contact through follow-up outbound calls and receiving inbound calls
- Promote products and assess customer qualifications to facilitate their needs
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information about products and services
- Maintain customer database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
- Ensure quality service by adhering to company policies and compliance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Previous experience in inside sales required
- Proficient in computer and data entry skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong telephone customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical industry knowledge is beneficial
- Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
- Experience with dual monitors and wired headset/webcam setup
- Familiarity with Windows 10 or 11 operating systems
