What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate follow-up outbound calls and receive inbound return calls to establish customer contact
- Promote products and assess customer needs to facilitate effective communication with physicians
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Maintain customer database by entering, verifying, and obtaining required data
- Ensure compliance with departmental and company policies while contributing to sales objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of inside sales experience
- Proficient in computer use and data entry
- Must possess excellent telephone customer service skills
- Aged 18 years or older
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the medical industry
- Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
- Familiarity with Windows 10 or 11 operating systems
