What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate and receive customer calls to establish contact and promote products
- Assess customer qualifications and explain product/service benefits effectively
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Maintain and update customer database by entering and verifying required information
- Ensure compliance with departmental and company policies and facilitate the sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales
- Proficient in computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent telephone customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the medical industry
- Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute
- Familiarity with using dual monitors
- Experience working in a HIPAA-compliant environment
