      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish customer contact by initiating follow-up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls
      - Promote products and facilitate customer needs by assessing qualifications and explaining product/service benefits
      - Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information regarding products and services
      - Maintain and update customer information in the database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
      - Contribute to departmental objectives by tracking and reporting sales progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
      - Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience
      - Proficient in computer data entry
      - Must possess excellent telephone customer service skills
      - Must be at least 18 years of age

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the medical industry
      - Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
      - Experience using dual monitors
      - Familiarity with high-speed internet requirements
