What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed targets and quotas
- Manage existing accounts and identify potential new accounts in collaboration with the marketing team
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational events
- Analyze market performance and develop account planning/action plans to meet sales goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and industry guidelines in all activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience in medical devices, biotechnology, or tissue biologics
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication skills in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Successful experience in inside or customer-facing sales in healthcare or a related field
- Experience in startup or mid-sized companies
- Recognized for delivering strong top-line growth and sales performance
