What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate follow-up outbound calls and receive inbound calls to establish customer contact
- Promote products and assess customer qualifications to facilitate communication with physicians
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Maintain the customer database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
- Ensure quality service by adhering to departmental and compliance policies and standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience
- Proficiency in computer and data entry
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent telephone customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the medical industry
- Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute
- Experience with dual monitors and specific operating systems (Windows 10 or 11)
