      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners to offer marketing solutions
      - Manage a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities and close deals throughout the sales cycle
      - Monitor daily call volume, messages, and touchpoints to ensure effective communication
      - Meet and exceed individual sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis
      - Collaborate with management to analyze sales metrics and retain your book of business

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
      - Proven experience with cold-calling sales
      - Commitment to making 100 dials and a minimum of 3 hours of talk time each day
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage activities across the sales cycle
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      - Ability to handle objections, persuade clients, and consistently close deals
      - Experience in using a sales automation system to maintain accurate account information
      - Self-motivated with a high level of activity and resilience
      - A dedicated workspace free from distractions
