      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outreach to service providers via phone to discuss the employer's value proposition and product offerings
      - Overcome objections and negotiate solutions while building trust with service providers
      - Coach service providers on effectively building long-term relationships with homeowners
      - Research service providers using internal notes, company websites, and public information
      - Guide service providers through the background check authorization and approval process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience required
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
      - Motivation to exceed sales goals and a desire for continuous improvement
      - Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales, especially inside sales, is a plus
      - Proven computer aptitude including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
      - Ability to hear and talk on a phone headset for up to 8 hours per day
      - Individual hardline high-speed internet connection
