What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect new customers through cold calling within Distribution, Dealer, and Lumberyard Channels
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical product information to address inquiries
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing accounts while identifying upselling opportunities
- Prepare and develop product proposals and conduct online demonstrations for customers
- Utilize CRM to maintain accurate records of prospects, customers, and new projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the building industry with knowledge of distribution and dealer channels
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking
- Problem-solving and sales negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively
- Experience with CRM management software
